The walnut liqueur after a couple of weeks of steeping. Added in some simple syrup (about 3:1 infused vodka to syrup) and now I'll let it hang out for a couple more weeks. It tastes like Christmas, with cinnamon as the biggest stand out flavor, but it's tasty.
