It'd been a long day and the bartender had to talk me into trying one of their negroni variants. The white negroni was quite good; they used dry vermouth and bitters to achieve a similar balance of bitter and sweet. If you're in Grand Junction, stop by Bin 707; excellent bartenders and great food.
