I'm real curious if this stuff is going to last long enough to mellow. So far the cocktail has been a universal hit, although I haven't added grapefruit juice, yet. There's a market down the street that had a whole bin of them last time I stopped by so I need to make time to pick a couple up. It seems like it'd add a really nice dimension to the drink.
